Dahlgren Footwear only collects customer information that is necessary to complete an online sale transaction. When you create an account in our online store, any information stored in that account is available to you by logging in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, it can be transmitted to the email account you specified in your account set up. Dahlgren Footwear will not provide password information over the phone, ever.
Any other personal information you provide us when shopping online is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is maintained encrypted on our e-commerce server. Dahlgren Footwear will not sell, rent or share your email address or personal information with others.

Orders ship from our warehouse Monday through Thursday via USPS or FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Orders received after 12:00 (noon) Pacific, will ship on the next available business day. Currently, we are only able to ship website orders to the USA and Canada. To place an international order, please call us +01-503-914-1199.

When were receive your package, we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used to make the purchase within 15 business days.
All returns or refunds of Dahlgren socks purchased through a retailer or other online site need to be made directly with that retailer.
