Returns Policy

First and foremost, please call us or email us explaining your problem prior to returning the socks in order to get a return authorization number. Print the RA number on the outside of the package so that it immediately gets routed to our expert team of customer service representatives. This will help us process and expedite the journey of your return.

Keep in mind that we can't replace what we don't receive, so please make sure you send your package in a traceable method, for example UPS or insured parcel post. Don't forget to include a note detailing the problem, as well as your name and the address to which the socks should be returned. Sometimes a daytime phone number is helpful as well. Please make sure the note you include is either typed or printed by a computer. If you must hand write the note, please print in your best "impress your school teacher " hand. Our best code breakers are currently at work on the war effort and we civilians can only do our best. Remember, if we can't read it, we can't help you. Also, if the package is lost in transit, carriers will require that you file tracer or claim for the lost goods.

Dahlgren Footwear does not refund freight charges incurred by you when you send the return, but we'll be happy to give them an all expenses paid trip back to you to ensure the socks arrive happily and healthily at your front door.
